New Zealand has a unique flora that gives rise to some of the world's most sought-after honey varieties. Manuka honey is produced by bees that visit the wild manuka bush, which is unique to New Zealand – one of the world's most well-studied honeys, known for its high MGO value that gives it its powerful character. The taste is earthy and intense, distinctly different from milder honeys. In addition to Manuka, we offer thyme honey with herbaceous sweetness, rewarewa with caramel and malt notes, and mild and creamy clover honey. All honeys come from certified beekeepers in New Zealand – authentic and traceable without compromise.
